The Movement
Our Mission
"God's Children on the Move" (Non-Profit) aims to raise mental health awareness and promote financial literacy within lower-income communities.
The organization offers accessible mental health resources, support groups, and workshops to destigmatize mental health issues. Simultaneously, we provide financial literacy programs tailored to the community's needs — focusing on budgeting, saving, and smart financial decision-making. Collaborating with local partners, schools, and community centers helps us reach a wider audience and make a lasting difference.
Working with youth and adults within mental health involves providing support, therapy, and resources to help individuals manage their mental health challenges. We create safe, empathetic environments using evidence-based practices tailored to each person's unique needs.
Teaching financial literacy to individuals aged 7 and above — introducing basic concepts like saving, budgeting, and understanding the value of money. For adults, topics include investments, debt management, retirement planning, and understanding economic trends.
To enhance wealth well-being and financial stability in youth and adult communities, our initiatives include financial literacy workshops, budgeting seminars, and savings programs tailored to different age groups.
We collaborate with local financial institutions, offer mentorship opportunities, and provide access to resources like scholarship research for high school youth and job training programs for adults.
Engaging with surrounding areas through outreach programs, partnerships, and community events amplifies our impact and reach — promoting financial stability, wealth well-being, and mental health awareness across the region.
